Bill is the principal and president of ROI Realty Services, Inc. He oversees all operational, sales, and marketing activities for ROI. His experience includes property acquisition, disposition, development, landlord/investor representation and tenant representation, with an emphasis on the purchase and sale of commercial buildings and land.

His real estate career began in 1987. He co-founded ROI in 1991 after spending several years working in development and general brokerage.

After graduating from The Ohio State University with a degree in Agricultural Economics, Bill began his sales and marketing career with the Ralston Purina Company as a District Manager, benefiting from their rigorous, best in class Sales training.
