With over 27 years of commercial real estate experience, Fil has extensive knowledge in both owner and tenant representation. His straightforward and detail-oriented approach has enabled him to successfully sell and lease numerous office, industrial and daycare properties.

Prior to joining ROI in 2007, Fil served as a commercial associate for both National Realty Services and DBS Development Company. After graduating from Ohio University with a degree in Civil Engineering, Fil began his career with Columbia Gas. He obtained an MBA from Capital University and added economic development, sales, and marketing to his engineering background. He was a key team member in 13 economic development missions to Asia and Europe, resulting in more than 50 foreign companies locating new manufacturing facilities in the Ohio/Kentucky service territory.
